Thomas F. Smith

Thomas F. Smith, age 90, of Blossburg, PA., passed away Monday, October 21, 2024 at Troy Hospital. He was born on May 22.1934 in Wellsboro, PA. a son of Fred and Ellen G. Smith of Wellsboro, PA. Tom is survived by his wife Mertella Isaacson Smith, a daughter Anne Wagner, son Timothy (Roxy) Smith, stepdaughter Patricia Makley, and stepdaughter Cynthia (John) Green. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild. He is also survived by sister, Maud Elain Lohr and predeceased by brother, Harold Smith.

Thomas served in the US Marine Corp during the Korean War, Tom was an employee of J & B Mining, Morris Run, PA., Signor Brothers Contracting, Arnot, PA., and Hamilton Township, Morris Run, PA.

He was a member of Post # 167 Sons of the American Legion of Morris Run, PA., Blossburg VFW, and Arnot Sportsman’s Club, Arnot, PA.

In accordance with his wishes there will be no services. Donations may be made to The American Legion, Morris Run PA.
