Thelma L. Hall,94, of Blossburg.. passed away on her birthday, Wednesday, October 21, at Valley View Rehab Center, Williamsport.
She was married to the late Arthur (Pete) Hall with whom she celebrated 63 years of marriage.
She and Pete raised two daughters; Cheryl (Martin) Hasselman of Ogdensburg and Peg (Joseph) Chapel of Mansfield.
Her pride and joy were her grandchildren; Mike Groover, Ron and Patty Groover, Michelle Chapel, Dave and Sarah Chapel. Great-grandchildren; Cody Groover, Bryce Wetherbee, Lucas Groover, Ashlee DeHaven, Noah and Molly Chapel. Great-great-grandchildren; Weston and Braxton Groover.
She was predeceased by her beloved grandson, Tommy Groover in 1990.
In her younger days she enjoyed working as a waitress at Johnson’s Truck Stop in Mansfield and at Ben Franklin store in Blossburg.
She and Pete took pride in their home and enjoyed working in their yard together.
Due to the Covid restrictions, funeral services were privately held from the Freeberg Funeral Home, Blossburg. Interment was made at Tioga Memorial Gardens, Wellsbor
