Penny Ann Woodard Monks

Penny Woodard Monks, 57, of Liberty, lost her battle with cancer, Tuesday, January 8Th at the Gate House, Williamsport.

Penny was the daughter of Paul and Virginia Wilson Woodard. She was a cook at the Liberty school cafeteria.

Penny is survived by her companion of 25 years Ed Alexander; her children, William, Jake, BJ, Tim, Tiffany and Brittany; grandchildren, Blane, Jason, Adleigh and Bryer; sisters, Pearl, Pam, Theresa, Isa, Ida and Sue; brothers, Clarence, Paulie, Clifford, Butch and “little” Frank. Penny was preceded in death by her parents, sister, Connie and brothers Robert and Frank.

A memorial service will be Saturday January 12th at 1 pm. From Liberty Lutheran Church, Liberty, Pastor Rick Adams will officiate. The family respectfully requests no flowers.
