Nicholas J. Blackwell

Nicholas J. Blackwell, age 32, of Erie, formerly of Oregon Hill, passed away April 14, 2014 in Erie.

Nicholas was born in Heidelberg, Germany on January 9, 1982 to Kurtis and Brenda Phelps Blackwell.

Surviving in addition to his parents of Oregon Hill is a brother Brandon and his wife Jami Blackwell, Wellsboro, maternal grandparents  Robert and Jane Phelps, Morris, paternal grandmother June Blackwell, Morris,  and nieces and nephews; Whitney, Willow, Logan and, Layton. He is predeceased by his paternal grandfather Glenn Blackwell.

A memorial service will be held for friends and family at 5 p.m.  Thursday, April 17, 2014 at Oregon Hill Grace Chapel with Rev. Jeffery Rush officiating.
