John ‘Jack’ Barlow entered the gates of heaven surrounded by family on Sunday, November 3, 2024. He was born in Philadelphia, PA on March 17, 1931. A proud veteran, Jack enlisted in the US Army and served overseas in the Army Security Agency. He married his high school sweetheart, Janet, and raised a family in Bucks County, PA. Retiring to Canton, PA in 1981, Jack and Janet became active members in the community. He held life memberships at both the American Legion and VFW. He cherished Canton and will be remembered for his love of family pets, his quick wit, service reminiscences, and a vast catalog of ready jokes.
Jack was preceded in death by his wife Janet, son Dan, and brother Ronald. He is survived by daughter Peggy, son Robert (Cecilia), daughter Kathryn, grandson Jeffrey (Crysandra) and his great granddaughter Jacqueline.
As per Jack’s wishes, services will be private.
