Jan W. Miller, 65, passed away Tuesday, January 26, 2021, at Broad Acers Nursing Home, Wellsboro.
Jan was born July 28, 1955, in Blossburg, the oldest son of the late Rexford and June Smith Miller.
He is survived by his two brothers; Scott (Barb) Miller, Blossburg and Peter (Tina) Miller, Eugene, Oregon.
Private services with interment at Gray Cemetery, Covington, have been held.
