Obituary

Clinton E. “Buddy” Ogden, 87, of McVeytown, PA, formerly of Blossburg, PA, passed away at his home on May 11, 2022 surrounded by his family.  Born on August 20, 1934, he was the son of the late Kenneth and Frances (Jankowiak) Ogden.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his loving wife of 63 years, Shirley (Watkins) Ogden.

Surviving are his three children; Daughter Kim (Jerry) Dyer of McVeytown, PA, son Kenneth (Joyce) Ogden of Santa Ana, CA, and daughter Debra (Blaine) Heavener of Traverse City, MI; 5 grandchildren, Julie Hartsock, Jared Dyer, Kenneth Ogden, Aaron Ogden, and Nicole Ogden; 7 great grandchildren, Bryce and Sarah Hartsock, Cole, Grady and Johanna Dyer, Gracelyn and Jackson Ogden; one brother, Richard (Jean) Ogden of Blossburg, PA.

Buddy was a member of the Knights of Columbus, Legion, and Hillside Rod & Gun Club for many years.  He enjoyed hunting and fishing in his early years and casino bus trips with his wife as they grew older.

At his request there will be no formal services and he will be laid to rest next to his wife in the Arbon Cemetery in Blossburg, PA.
