Alfred James Richards Obituary

Alfred James “AJ” Richards of Covington, passed away Wednesday, March 17, 2021, at his residence.

He was one of four children of David R. and Lillian White Richards Sr.

“AJ” was proud to have severed his country as a U.S. Army Veteran during the Viet Nam War.

Surviving are his brothers; David R. (Sharon) Richards Jr. of Charlotte, NC, and Howard (Janice) Richards of Mansfield; nephews, Jeff (Dawn) Richards of Mansfield, and Jason (Barbara) Richards of Wellsboro. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister Polly Wood.

A private graveside memorial will be held in the future.
