Florence Gail Moore, 74, of Blossburg, passed away at home surrounded by her family, March 12, 2019.
Born January 26, 1945 in Honesdale, she was the daughter of Walter Edward and Ada Beatrice Levanowitz.
Gail married Franklin Charles Moore November 4, 1961. He survives and resides in Blossburg.
Gail was of the Methodist faith.
Surviving in addition to her husband, Franklin, are her children; Ada Renee (Timothy) Young, Debra Suzanne (Shaun) Donahue, Kimberly Gail (Edward) Lucas, and Michael Todd Moore, her sisters; Robin Lynn (Michael) Owens and Elaine Levanowitz, her brothers; Lawrence (Linda) Levanowitz, Gerald (Virginia) Levanowitz, and Robert Levanowitz. Surviving grandchildren; Nicholas, Timothy, Beth (William) Faughnan, Shaun, Heather (Matthew) Williams, Kayla, Caleb, and Chase. Great- grandchildren; Caidence, Audrina, Grayson, Blake, Brynlee, Zack, Marley, Haley, and Vincent.
Gail was pre-deceased by sisters; Mary Lou Minor and Carol Stocum and by brothers; Walter Lee Levanowitz, Joseph Levanowitz, and Richard Eric Levanowitz.
Family and friends will be received at the Freeberg Funeral Home, Blossburg, Saturday March 16, 2019 from 1-3 p.m. Services will follow at 3p.m. with Gerald Levanowitz officiating.
