Faye Davies Kuzneski

Faye Davies Kuzneski, 77, of Blossburg, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Sunday, January 28, 2018.

An extraordinarily beautiful sunset welcomed her home to be with her Lord and Savior.

Faye graduated from Blossburg High School in 1958. She was a Registered Nurse graduating from Arnot Ogden Memorial Hospital School of Nursing in Elmira, NY.

She attended Case Western Reserve University in early 1970s, becoming a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner.

She helped countless patients in the many years she practiced medicine. Supporting others and serving the Lord were the principles around which Faye built her life.

She was a member of Siloa Lutheran Church, Morris Run, PA., where she taught Sunday School for many years; later becoming a Lay Pastor in the Lutheran Church.

Faye leaves behind family to cherish her life, they include; her husband of twenty-five years Robert Kuzneski, daughters; Denise and Dick Berg of Mountville, PA., Suzanne and Steve Meszaros, of East Berlin, PA., and Francine and Chris Staba of Wellsville, NY.; step-daughter Beth and Brad Weiskopff, and step-son Jason Kuzneski and fiancée Linda Blasz, grandchildren; Dana (Berg) and Morgan Grala, Maren Meszaros and Matthew Angell, Eric and Amalie Meszaros, Cory Brion, Tyler Brion, Alyssa Staba, and Lauren Staba, Brittany Weiskopff and Courteney Weiskopff, sisters; Mertella (Tom) Smith and Joan (Randy) McDougal, and many nieces and nephews and their families.

Pre-deceased by her first husband of twenty-seven years, John Davies, parents; Eric and Gerda Isaacson, and sister Viola Bombaski.

Friends and family will be received Thursday February 1st from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at Freeberg Funeral Home, Blossburg. Funeral services will be held from Siloa Lutheran Church, Morris Run, Friday February 2nd where friends will be received from 10 a.m. until time of services at 11 a.m. with Ordained Minister Sandra Olson officiating. Interment will take place at Arbon Cemetery, Blossburg.
